Can someone give any sort of explanation why it's so easy to make passes with half a yard separation that are in the air for so long but cbs never make up any ground? Seems like it happens this way every year, no make up speed from dbs even when they are faster than the wrs/tes/rbs. If you throw a ball up for grabs when you have half a step and the ball hangs in the air my faster db should be able to to catch up and make a play not stay half a step behind the whole route. It's already tough enough to play pass d this year with so many 50/50 balls that seemingly always end in a catch by the o, there's gotta be something in the game to balance this shit out
