Season 1 is about to end and I’ve seen nothing about the crossover tokens that we got at end of season 7 on CFB25…does anyone know how to redeem them or if it’s too late?

i didn't play toward the end of CFB25 - but i thought i saw on YT videos that the crossover tokens from season 7 in CFB25 had to be redeem in CFB25 in game to then take a player to CFB26?
Wasn't Haloti Ngata like 3 tokens and Dickerson was 10 tokens? Or something like that? May have the players wrong.
