Kind of insane that 4-2-5 has so few 86+ players compared to the other defensive chems.
Players w/ 86+ rating by def chem:
4-2-5 : 5 (3 LTD)
3-2-6 : 12 (4 LTD)
3-3-5 : 17 (9 LTD)
3-4 : 17 (8 LTD)
4-3 : 13 (8 LTD)
What gives? lol

To make it even more funny, consider 425 is most prevalent scheme per team playbook, while 326 has 3 total teams. EA logic is consistent.
Yeah my 4-2-5 is way better than my Multiple O playbook theme, literally 3 useable players in all.
I was really hoping one of the 3 today would be 4-2-5 we could have used any of those positions for sure
It's too early to pursue a theme team. I learned my lesson last year. Just get the players you want and that'll be better than the small boost you'd receive from pigeon-holing yourself.

I agree, I'm not necessarily trying to fill 50/50 chem at this point in the game, but the lack of elite players in comparison to other chem's is pretty noticeable

this the answer when it comes to scheme.
I have committed to theme team - but that's just putting up the coins to change to the proper theme team. But as far as scheme chem - i'll wait until it actually gets deeper with more depth
Scheme team is definitely not worth it defensively in my opinion, can’t get 80% of cards and only plus one speed. Offensively maybe but still probably not
