How do we get the alt Uniforms

I've looked in the catalog and it doesn't say alt anywhere.  Does anyone have these uniforms yet?

You can't use alternate uniforms in CUT.

The alt uniforms just appear when you start the game. I think it just depends on your opponent’s jersey.
