Me and my brother both have 50/50 Georgia but we are only getting +1 speed last year you got +2 speed when playing together,, is it different this year, or just bugged?

Yes, bugged for some reason you both need 52/50.

My buddy and I each have 50 air raid and 50 team chem we are getting +4 speed on offense
