Despite many early disappointments in CFB26, one pleasant surprise was the lack of hurt players in CUT. Sadly, that is no longer the case. Wear and tear seems to be back.

Yep. They messed this up with the patch.
QBs are getting worn down after like 2-3 sacks. It’s stupid in an online comp mode where we are spending time + earned currency to use players & then not get to use them

It returned with an exclamation point too as well. My LG, FS and QB (VY) are all yellow by the second play. My FS sometimes starts the game yellow.

Wear and tear will be a big money maker for EA. Now you have to spend money on good backups instead of just investing in your starters.

It will be a money loser for EA. We aren’t going to keep investing in players just to have them nerfed when they feel like it. It’s going to push more and more people away for this game is what it’s going to do.

this was my theory from the start on why they added it to CUT lol greedy EA will always be greedy

I know this is probably an unpopular take but I don’t necessarily hate it. Just played squads game against Vince young where he took 5 sacks and maybe 4-6 extra qb hits that led to deflections. He only was a yellow and lost 7 speed which I believe is very reasonable. Small sample size so if there is something I’m missing I could be wrong but I think it is somewhat balanced.
