I know these packs are never any good, but it is free training and EA actually markets them as a PERK for being an EA PLAY member, yet I never received them for July.
Interested if ANYONE in this community actually received the EA Play CFB 26 Rewards and Loyalist Packs for July
If so, what platform are you on and are you subscribed directly to EA Play or is it included with another subscription, like XBOX Ultimate Game Pass -

I'm on Xbox and get EA Play through my Game Pass Ultimate subscription. I received the Loyalist July pack yesterday thanks to a customer service grant after opening a case on 7/21. I didn't get the Welcome Pack, and when I updated the closed case, I received a message saying it wasn't supported. The pack had 6 cards, and 2 were 80s that I quick sold for 180 training each.
Thanks for the response - I had opened a case on the 23rd - told it was a known issue and would be resolved and to keep an eye on social media - of course no resolution and the same as you, got the message now saying not supported when trying to reopen the case - EA has got to have the absolute worst customer service experience ever -
