I keep playing this guy who plays “A.J and Big Justice” songs through his mic and sings them the whole time. I didn’t even know the Costco guys made music. Is there anything I can do besides report him to EA?

Reporting him won't do anything since it's not against the rules to be annoying.
If he plays on the same console, copy his gamertag/playstation ID down and search for him in the players list and block them. That should prevent you from getting matched up with them again. That's really your only option.

This is one of the most odd and funny interactions I’ve heard. I would just like to say that and apologize for that guy spamming bad music. Adding to that, how would that be annoying for that guy to nonstop play a song. I feel like that’s more of a punishment for himself.
