Anybody else struggling to settle on an offensive scheme?

You can buy a fantasy pack of playbooks on the store for like 4.5k coins. You choose the scheme eg spread, option etc, and then in there is every college to choose from.

Try out a book you want in regs practice then buy one of those packs. Just make sure you select the right scheme of the college you want when you open it.

Maybe it’s just me, but it’s quite overwhelming as well the sheer volume of books to choose from, which makes it even harder to choose a book

Go to the store and buy the coin pack for 7500 coins. Then whatever school you want offense or defense you choose that “style” of the offense or defense you want and that school will be in the choices. There’s a list of all of the schools on this forum and what kind of offense they run. 

If you want a base play book as in no specific school (i.e. Air Raid playbook” you have to go to the challenges section and do the ones labeled “what’s your offense/defense” and after itlll give you a pack with all of them in there and you can choose one.

I been using Houston’s playbook on offense and multiple D on defense.

Like I said it’s pretty fun. Good variety of option plays and I have success with the passing. Try it out!

I switch back and forth between a pro style and spread style playbook.

Right now I use UCONN, Bowling Green, Ole Miss and UCF playbooks with UCF and UCONN being used the most

Also taking a look at Penn States playbook but I just want to eventually narrow it down to one for the rest of the year soon

Oregon and Bowling Green have the best set ups for people who haven't found an O Scheme yet. A lot of formations with money schemes. If you find a formation you like go try to find the scheme playbook off it. I was using Trio Close and found  BYU. I'm probably like 80-20 rn if the record keeping worked.

Gonna stick to Bama for now! Some games I love it others I’m like ehh. The thing about the popular books is most people know them. I kinda like being off meta. Everybody copying the same YouTubers/streamers. Using the same formations. Find you something and master it. The reasons I like Bama is it’s familiar. My red zone offense deadly. I can covert 2pt conversion 9/10. I got money plays for 25-30 tds once I cross the 50. Got a few plays destroy midline and other A gap blitzes. Im guessing the the first few plays of my drive tho.

Generally I’m liking running an Air Raid scheme, I think I just need more reps and to get familiar with the same concepts in a few formations. Probably being a bit impatient and expecting to play like I did 4 years ago. I have found Draw plays to be strong since I wrote this original post, and some pre snap motion that helps with heavy blitz opponents. So it is coming along.

What’s everyone’s go to offense?

i'm more of a guy that changes playbooks when my team  is all set.  i did it last year, but it's hard right now this year to because the chemistries are always  tied to the playbooks; it's a good and a bad thing.

i had fun with georgia, but i can't go back to it so i'm stuck to ohio state cause we don't have that many natty champion ohio state players.(at least for now.)

Go to the catalog and find the team you want the playbook from, then go to challenges and defeat all the challenges in that playbook type. It's 3 very easy challenges and you'll get a fantasy pack as well as the basic playbook of whatever style you picked.
