How do you get them other than the auction house? I'm looking for Boise State. Thank you!

In the store General Packs section, all the way to the Right, is a Team Strategy pack that sells for 35k coins.  In the pack you get a choice of 1 between 2 teams.  It's a gamble.  I was lucky and got Clemson  (+2 Awareness, +1 Stamina) in the one pack I bought the other night.

Unless I'm referring to the wrong thing, I've seen them on the auction house and Boise State for example I believe +2 Zone +1 Man coverage.
