Platinum packs give you guaranteed coins. I had luck with the boost packs but the high cards I got in those were BND.

I guess it depends on what you're trying to do and if there are any cards you think are must-have right now.
Platinum packs are probably your best bet for coin, although you could also hit a LTD in today's packs for SOTW.
If you want to build your roster there were those great filler packs last week with this program, but I forget what the packs were called or if they are available this week.
If you want to use what's in your binder to complete a set but need some pieces maybe you buy those specific promo packs.
Or maybe you buy even more points to afford the 12,000 bundle, which seems to be the best way to generate a stack quickly and has the best odds of pulling a LTD.
Lots of possibilities.

Thanks man for the detailed response - I went with the platinum packs like you said with the SOTW - but did not get an LTD. Still though, got a good coin stack. I was tempted to chip in the extra cash flow for the 12,000 bundle - but Madden is coming out soon and I will probably not be playing this much longer and didn't want to waste the coin stack.
