I dont think so, the one card I have gives plus 2 awareness and +1 something else and it applies to everyone.

I’ve got the South Carolina one that gives +2 COD and +1 Jumping. Not sure I even notice them doing anything yet but they cost too much to try a lot of them out.

saw that. i like that one and kansas which is 2+Awareness and 1 ACC and Pitt is +2 Man and 1 BSH
