Help With Interceptions Against CPU

I know our secondaries can't catch a cold at this point in the game, but any advice on how to complete our interception objectives in solos right now? I've been running cover 3 sky and dropping an edge back to some mild success, but curious to see how others are getting picks in solos? Thanks y'all.

My corners stay in flats, Hester and AJ Harris*** both free, so I use ballhawk on harris, as well as legion. I'm 5-1 online h2h, multiple ints in my Ws.

I think best way to get INT's aginst the computer is playing a combination zone/blitz. The key is getting the QB to make a hurried/pressured throw. I usually blitz and end up forcing a under throw. I also immiediately push the "B" button to switch to the DB in coverage and hold "Y" after the QB throws. This makes the DB play for a INT but not touching the actual controller will allow your Ai to continue in stride with them.  (Im on Xbox, hope i explained that right) :)
