Ability cap glitched ?

All of a sudden when i activate aftershock on Dylan Stewart, im not allowed to activate any other ability on any other player

and they def nerfed it, but its still worth it cuz all other abilities suck

I'm rocking ball hawk and legion on Aj, cover 2 hard flat defense. Just had 2 ints in a h2h dub
