Rewards screen bugged

Every time I finish challenges/games and return to the main menu, the game completely freezes and I have to quit the game and come back in. Is this happening to others?

I've had the issue where the reward screen freezes up. I haven't had to close the game out though. All I've had to do is hit circle (on playstation) a few times to get back to the main CUT menu. If the reward was a pack/packs, I can see and open them. If not, I have to go into my item binder to find the reward.
