Best QB outside of Arch, Manziel, Raiola &, Klubnik?

I just sold Raiola because he was *hardly* better than the rando named Hoover I was using - so who’s the next best thing? Nussmeier? Leavitt? Help!

I highly doubt anyone over 30-40k is worth it at this stage. I'm using the new Deuce Knight. He's not great, still misses plenty of throws, but has 80 Throw Power and 78 speed so he'll get the job done until these 83-84 overall guys drop significantly in price.
