Does anybody know what causes the desynce because everytime i kick the ball off i get a desync

I’ve heard a lot of theories. Some have said it’s  because of Crossplay and others said the FS from the pre order packs is causing them. Haven’t found a consistent fix yet.

I had this problem every game from 1pm to 3-4pm. I just restarted my modem and router and have had no issues since
