Grad card causing game to crash

I just got a Grad card Isiah Paige 95 ovr and he has no picture on the card and when I click on it I get the error message, servers cannot support your request and it crashes. 

Anyone else have similar issue? God dam game is dog shit.

they make BILLIONS and can't even produce a game that just works properly - let alone being good that's a whole different kettle of fish
