No 99 Fullback?

I pulled Joey Bearns II out of a BND a while ago and every single position on my offense is a 99 execpt for the fullback. Are there any players that are a 99 at fullback other then the fullback from Ultimate Dynasty because I am NOT trying to grind that much to upgrade a fullback I am never going to use?

Only the ultimate team fullback can get to 99. I think the highest besides him is 97.

You can plug in a TE for a 99 FB. I have Witten there. Still can’t get my overall to a 99 bc of my punter and kicker tho

I know Bearns can get to 99 if you are 50/50 and then use some What If Card and Strategy Card 

The same with Celek and Witten 

Different Strat Card combos work for different players to get them to 99 and they have to be at 50/50
