Is NMS viable?

I feel like there's this narrative of ea forcing you to spend money to win games but I haven't spent a single cent all year and I feel like I have a very good squad. I also regularly go 9-0 in h2h and get 15-20 wins in champs, I don't know if this is a skill thing because this is the first madden or cfb game I've ever owned. It's also not consistently playing the game, I was grounded for 2 months which ended about 2 weeks ago and I came back and felt no huge gap. I also have really mastered to go go offense from unlv since I started in december but even with an arguement for skill I feel like this isn't a pay to win game. LMK what you think because I feel like just playing the game, challenges, and season pass make it easy enough to build a good squad.

I've built a near 99 squad NMS - that said, my gameplay skills are much worse than my auction house skills and general willingness to grind challenges and objectives.

If you are playing this or MUt from a performance perspective you don’t need the best players, never have done, just a good scheme, executed well with the right players in it.

Now if you’re aiming for a 99 ovr team then that’s a bit tougher
