Long time mut player and am getting sick of all the broken abilities and X factors . Was considering switching to cut , was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on which is better or worse . Thanks

Difficult one. Content is way way better in MUT, gameplay is way way better in CUT. If they added more content to CUT there would be no contest I think.
And I’m facing the same dilemma as you, thinking about cancelling my madden pre order and going with CFB. I don’t want to play both, don’t have the time.

My first experience with MUT was last year. I didn’t like the arcade feel with all the icons popping up on the field like a pin ball machine. CUT has much better gameplay as far as a Football SIM goes. This years game just didn’t get the content it should have and that turned many away. It was a struggle to build up coins and early on everything was expensive. The Meta was very annoying. All in all, CFB just feels better than Madden to me. I couldn’t even play Madden 25 man. It was horrible.

You think they will make more of an effort content wise this year? Logic says they should given it’s a money maker.

They’d be silly not to. I believe they made so much off of the title sale itself that they needed to put more into micro transactions for Madden and The Soccer game. IMO that’s how you end up with multiple losers. A lot of people that bought 25 will just keep playing their 25 Dynasty so they’ll need to give people a reason to pay for 26.

I guess if you’re into ridiculous abilities, playing with Snoop Dogg and having 300lb RBs and QBs with 99 speed then sure but when I became an adult I realized how damn stupid that shit is. Not to mention the surplus of OOP garbage.

i mean its june so the community doesn't care anymore it makes it more fun. Everytime I play cut its just part 10 of the same promo and i dont understand how yall don't get bored

mut does not do 10 parts of 1 promo, im js saying mut is much better content wise and cut abilities are js as broken if not more broken bc theres no counter for them

I’ve played both and 100% agree with you. It really isn’t fun to grind for cards in CUT because of the lack of personalization any of the players really have. Add on how hard it is to get reliable anything on defense in CUT it’s hard to support it.

yeah ikr its so hard to get a stop. I started playin cut again to prep for next year and my team is pretty decent, but not the best by far and its so hard to get a stop
