Scheme team?

I am 50/50 spread on offense, and I've seen that there is a way to also be a specific team chemistry as well, I am wondering how many players need to be that specific team, or if it needs to be the same as my playbook like with the theme teams

To get all of the stat boosts you need 50 players on the same team. But you get some boosts for like just 20, 25, etc

50/50 chem for both but players you can change team for 15k coin
