Is he worth the grind?
hes good.....mostly worth it for next yr
Dickerson (or any player achieved through objectives) is a PERFECT example of a player who you should be able to change their scheme for a coin charge. Grinding that many objectives, or 50 levels, or whatever it may be should allow you customize the player you earned.
every time I get a "free" player from EA he is never as good as his stats suggest he would be

any team can have players that don't fit scheme and still be 50/50 with legend and scheme spotlight LTDs and the UD Coach boost

you can put the team chemistry on him you just cant change his scheme.
for example if u have a pro style team u cant change his chemistry from option to pro style
hes rb2. rb1 is bush/portis because they have all 1ap abilities. dickerson and james connor have 2ap shifty.
I’m just got him and tested him out vs Gore on my pro squad theme team.
Dickerson is slower and less crisp. Just slightly too big for this game mechanics imo
Good for next year and very nicely discounted abilities but I’m sticking w Gore for me
