It really is hard to say. I’ve been using Cam Ward since he came out and sometimes I feel and see how great he plays then sometimes I go up against players using 97OVR Cam Rising of Jared Goff and they are throwing darts and I can’t even get near them. So weird lol

I'd say Cam Ward is the best of course, but stupid expensive. I've had Vick bnd since he came out and he's a top tier pocket passer. Pat White, Johnny Football, and Milrow are of course up there too with discounted abilities.
