Is it me or are the only usable cards from the upgradable portion of the promo CBs and Safeties??? Everything else seems trash. Oh and I guess the kicker and punter are usable too.

I maxed Hampton and the QB. Upgraded the RG and TE to 98. All 4 are killing it. I have 4-3 theme and scheme team and now start 30 ultimate dynasty players for a nice little boost. They’re not bad to run with no abilities in favor of the discounted ability guys and I really like having some control over their stats

Thought it was a good idea to get lesser known/more players out there until they didn’t drop more upgradable items each week. I’ve only upgrading Maraad Watson and maybe the Florida mlb so i agree it’s garbage.

Yeah Hampton is a beast and the only one I’ve upgraded so far. I’ll probably keep it that way lol

It's just way too expensive. Requiring 2 99s for the 99 token is insanity.
If all the cards were meta, that would be one thing, but most still aren't any better than what you can just buy on the AH.

Yea I agree the 2 99s for 1 99 token is just a bit much. If they had done that part a little differently, this could have been such an amazing promo.

Mostly trash but the dt that over 300 lbs is insane when you get him to a 97 or above…used all speed rusher and 1 run stopper Im pretty sure, and he is good. And you already know Hampton is nice.

The price for entry is too high. I could get behind needing one card for each roken, or at worst two cards of the previous ovr (ie two 98s for a 99) but two 99s and two 98s, etc is too much.

If the tokens from 96 to 99 weren’t s o expensive to do it would have been great.

Ultimate Dynasty should have been:
1) Higher than 90-rated players could have their schemes changed, either for coins (perhaps a lot, more than $15K) or a special token. The released UD cards seem to have no connection to the promo as is.
2) 90-rateds should have had more variability in their upgrades to be useful as compared to current 98s/99s, instead you wind up with a high-rated card woefully deficient in certain vital ratings, or some high-rated card that is mediocre across the board if you used different tracks for the upgrade
3) Shouldn't have needed two 99s for the 99 and other top tokens, just one, and even that was excessive.
4) Should have been released like in season 1 or 2, would have been fun to "build your own player" all season long rather than do some crazy coin spend in season 7.

4 is my thoughts exactly...
Would have been nice early on. Not when I built my team over seven seasons.

Hampton was the only player I upgraded and he’s a beast for me. otherwise not worth it
