Are old ultimate dynasty ltds still in packs?

I just did a run through the ultimate dynasty solo season and to my surprise out of the 97+ which i usually get minimum. I pulled ltd jalen milroe. I was in disbelief honestly but can’t complain.

I got Aiyuk out of mine this past monday.   I think the packs obtainable via seasons can have any ltd for whatever reason.    I pulled a Gerhardt from a fg pack from solo seasons just 2 weeks ago.
