Best Slot in game right now???

I know alot goes into preference and play style, but who so yall think is the BEST slot CB right now?  Current I’m running Hunter and Tacario outside and have Ward/Fuller in slot.  They are doing great but just wondering if yall think someone else would be better for Slot.  Run a combo of man and zone.

That’s interesting, I never thought to look at block shed for cornerbacks but makes sense. Who have you found works best for that?

Devin moore has great blockshed for a corner, plus he's 6,3 and has great tackling

I assume block shed is mainly important for run support, right? If that’s the case, is it less important since most people pass more often than run?

Yeah play style eeally makes this tough to answer.  I like my slot to be shifty as hell so favorite I’ve had all year by far is draft Luther burde.  Doesn’t need it but shifty + takeoff is insane.  But I do run takeoff on him

anyone with over 80 block shed

Ik people pass a lot but always be ready for the duo spammers

Upgraded Leon Sandcastle looks like a good choice.

Swap Trav to slot and push ward outside. Trav has better play recognition which is more important in the slot and Wards 97 jump is way better for the outside where there are more jump balls. currently Running that exact set up and it’s working great for me. I’ll occasionally swap out ward for Darian porter (theme and CB coach make him 99 speed 99 jump) if I’m playing a Randy moss streak spammer is the only sub I’ll make from these guys

I know he’s expensive but Harrison Smith looks like he’d be a great slot even though he’s a FS. Elite tackling, play rec, and block shed. 6’ 2”. Great speed, man and zone. Good COD.
