This is definitely cap. Almost every single person that I know that has Reggie says it was not worth it because he does not play as he should. Each time I play him as well I shut him down.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ he averages 5.7 yards after the tackle for me and 8.2 yards a carry. I do have an incredible o-line though
