Haven’t used cam but I have Jalen and he is insanely good.  Quick release, feels like he has plat shifty at all times, and accu is on point.  Plus built like AP

I think Jalen is the best in the game simply because of the discounted abilities he gets mixed with his stats. 

Argument can be made that Cam Ward is the best all around because of the release and his stats, but no discounted abilities. 

As for the head to head of Newton vs Milroe, I would take Milroe.

I'm a Bama fan so ofc imma say Milroe but I think Ward is better than Newton, but Newton is way cheaper than Ward. Milroe has a fast release and it feels like he has plat shifty when he's running.
