Who in the game can play out of position at 99 at FB and since they are out of position can I still get a 99 overall on offense using them like that? I'm trying to see if it's even worth building the UD FB to 99.

Brent Celek Used to be a 99 at fullback but they changed it recently, he’s now only a 98

Celek still works if you use certain Strat Card combos
like What If Ground n Pound and OL / Strength Conditioning / another one I think too
maybe some Game Changers work too

Celek doesn't work any more, but the 99 Season 6 Trophy TE can be boosted to be 99 at FB now. They also nerfed Kitselman at FB for some reason as well. You could get him to 99 there before with schemes, but no longer.

Celek STILL works depending on what Strategy Items you use.
You don't have to waste your UD player on a FB.
