No speed boost to dynasty fb

Really dumb. No way of adding speed to the dynasty fullback. Even fully boosted to a 99 he's a 88 speed.

I will just say he's incredible in the Georgia Southern power I formations but it's kind of a joke he doesn't go over 88 in season 7.
