Happened to me with other cards as well. I don't know if they make stealth changes or what, but occasionally the overalls of my cards go down and I don't understand why.

Must be the update i got him at FB too and just noticed he's a 98 after you mentioned it. I am still able to boost him to 99 with the What if Run block strat card but i swear i didn't need it before.

what is the Offensive green strategy card you are using in conjunction with the What If Ground and Pound card

Offensive line  strat card....Edit he's also full team and scheme chem but that definitely hasn't changed for me.
