Now that I have Reggie Bush, I'm looking for some upgrades on Defense. I decided to run all Man corners and exclusively run Man D, but looking for best plays for that.
I have several of the 99 MLBs just not currently in my lineup (Bosworth, Urlacher, Harris, McCullough).
Still have 85 million coins left after purchasing Bush, so price is not an issue. I want to wait til tomorrow I think to buy more cards, but any advice would be helpful!
Game is too offensively oriented and too many players are too good to have a true shut down D unless you're playing someone really overmatched skill wise.
Treat it like real football: get pressure with your defensive front so your corners don't have to run around for too long. They don't like that when they have to play man.
If you want to take advantage of al your LB talent and you think you have elite man coverage at the corners, consider running a Cover 1 as your base D out of the 3-4 (or 4-3 Under front). The advantage of Cover 1 is it gives you an extra defender in the box to stop the run, spy the QB or blitz.
