Do strat cards like WHAT IF Ground and Pound work on all your players or just What If  players

and the other strat cards like Game Changers etc

They do. I'm using the one that boosts ZCV by 3 and my entire defense gets the boost.

Edit: The What If strat cards work for everyone. Gamechangers doesn't.

Oh really? It's everyone? Hmm. I'm going to have to look at all these now. I just assumed it was only those program players. Thanks!
