In your opinion, is it better to get 10 wins and get the sellable 97+ or stop at 9 wins and get the 97+ BND and a 95+ BND?

no, when you get to 10 wins the 97+ BND becomes auctionable and you lose the 95+ BND

If you're going for coins, you want 10 wins.
If you're just trying to pull 99s, 9 wins is better unless the 10 win pack has substantially better odds.

I was gonna just back out of my 10th win but as soon as the game started the other guy started talking crap. So i changed my mind and decided to just try and win it. Hopefully this non bnd locker has better odds.
