Small update for anyone having the same issue:
Looks as if EA is actively trying to fix this or straight up messed up the fix. If you go to sets and look at the ”95-99 OVR Scheme Spotlight Champion” set it will say that you have 13 items added (that being the number of tokens that disappeared).
I would be cautious and make sure you don’t accidently redeem this set as it is NOT the correct one. Can’t remove the tokens from here
When I try to go into Sets I get the "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" error.

I got 14/15 after yesterday and showing up in binder
