What passing settings is everyone currently using?

For quite a while now I have been using:

Placement with a small lead increasing and 7 on the reticle speed mainly because I know the abilities like dot and step up activate with it and because of how fast the release is.

But I don't know the past several days I've noticed it missing a lot more throws than usual and also dot not activating when it should. If I try to use the highball LB/L1 modifier you can forget it the ball is gonna sail right over the receivers head and be uncatchable.

Just trying to gauge everyone's response in case I might want to try something else.

While DDA can be real, it is disingenuous to pretend all players are created equal. The pros have preferred players and they win almost all of their games. DDA is not as powerful as many like to pretend. 

I wish DDA wasn't in the game at all. I also dont pretend DDA is to blame for most of my losses or that it makes the game unfun overall. Last, I don't pretend it keeps it from being a game that can be played competitively.

I only ever notice DDA when I'm playing teams far below my team's overall. Those games are nightmarish at times because it's clearly trying to even the teams out somewhat resulting in hilarious results.

yea they defo did something to Placement cus I was throwing dots on that. Then Fields was missing some awful throws, switched to Placement and Acc, back to throwing dots again.

These EA scrubs could at least say some

I've legit seen a few people say the same thing. It's fine when you're playing challenges or doing objectives in solo seasons but the second you get in a real game the ball is just flying all over the place and dot/step up just won't activate.

Play on placement and accuracy if your qb has high tac if not placement

bro ppl on here tried to say i was trying to tank fields price but same EXACT thing happened to me..placement was AMAZING then around the time i got fields i couldnt hit a single throw then switched back to p&A n it was amazing for a lil but now cant hit a takeoff streak so switched back to placement last night now idk what to do..throwing was amazing for me for a while idk why they need to nerf settings or do whatever they did

That's the one thing about placement & accuracy, it's absolutely awful for streaks. You have to bullet pass + high ball it but you always get those slow jumping catch animations that prevent you from scoring.
