I see you got Richardson. You get lucky in the boosters?
As for what to upgrade, I would focus on replacing Ray Lewis simply because his speed is too slow to hang anymore. Outside of that, your team is more than capable, so I'd just keep stacking coins.
You could upgrade your center and ROLB, but not sure it's worth it for you unless you notice them being a liability.
