95 Allen Robinson 30 k, 95 speed

96 JP Richardson 45 k, 97 speed

95 Devonte Ross 20 k, 95 speed

All have the best abilities of all the non-plat takeoff players

Personally I'm an abilities over stats guy, so I'll take them over some of the other players mentioned.

Gold Takeoff and Sure hands. Plat Cutter and 360 on all of them.

Keenan Allen and Steve Smith get all gold abilities and are affordable.  Julio Jones and Ceedee Lamb are good options too.
