In Madden, they have a low OVR player card for almost every NFL player. With over quadruple the amount of teams will they do this with almost every NCAAF player? This would be maybe tens of thousands of player cards at launch

I'm guessing thats how it'll be done, I think that means that promos will either be alot larger or there will be a lot more/longer promos.

that’s how they do it in fifa so i’m guessing it’s the same here
