So honestly I thought DDA was just a running joke on this game, but I was playing solo seasons last night to grind out some of the season 6 objective, and a couple games in, I started realizing that Daniel Jones went from having 94 THP to having a noodle arm, he couldn’t throw more than 40-50 yards downfield and the CBs, who are all like 75 overall with low speed were staying in lockstep with my 96 speed receivers. My defense also didn’t react fast enough as they should and the QBs were getting the ball out fast as shit when usually they can’t react quick enough to my DLine and take a sack 90% of the time. But if it’s like this on solo seasons, then it must be 10x worse on H2H

If more people truly opened their eyes and see what’s happening like you this game would be better off. Beginning to think the DDA denier people are either paid lackeys for EA or, my personal opinion, are the beneficiaries of DDA and do not realize DDA helps the bad player and goes against the good player. Now they think they’re good at this game, when truly you’re the worse player according to the game itself, therefore you need the help to make it an even “engaging“ game.

Aren’t people on easier level difficulty on solo seasons like varsity? And still got 75 speed players running with folks? No wonder h2h isn’t on all madden/all pro; it would be “too hard” for most kids; especially kids here on this site fr

Yeah I was on varsity, which all of the players aren’t any higher than a 75 overall. That’s why I just run streaks all game long cause none of the DBs can keep up with my WRs and Daniel Jones has a good enough arm to push it downfield, it works every play no matter what coverage. But I swear one of the games he started underthrowing the ball on every play, which is one thing but the CBs were on my WRs hip at the same time and I got every ball swatted, which never really happens when I play the CPU. I had to start using the middle of the field and leading the ball to the outside just to make up for it, which is fine but also annoying.
I think I was maybe 3-4 games in when it started happening, so I’m guessing that DDA pops up when you go on a bit of a winning streak, which in theory I guess makes a little sense but I still think if you have the better player and better matchup, then you should win 90% of the time unless you’re playing a guy who knows how to user. Like I’ve heard people complain that their 97 speed WR is getting chased down by a 91 speed CB and that’s just absurd. Or a guy with a very good OL is getting instashedded by a guy with an average DLine. DDA just makes player ratings useless at certain points.
