Takeoff needs addressing

Generally as long as I can bump the main read takeoff I’m usually ok. As you mentioned however you understand the point I’m making. So it sounds like at least I’m on the right track

I try not to get caught up in the level of ability. If the defender doesn't have grip breaker on defense you got a shot. My right tackle, only a 92 overall, only gets bronze, but I still use it because it's proven effective for me. I think I only get silvers. The right guard from last Szn might get gold.

Yeah I used Big Francis for a lot of the first half of my CUT time so far. He’s huge great archetype and yeah the bronze was helpful to mask weakness in blocking. That’s why I’m interested in the run game. Budget but gold SG kinda thing

A flood of gold and even Plat strong grip should be here soon enough, is Myles Garrett the first to plat quick jump?

I hear you! I’m more of zone guy just cause zones at least allow me to limit some areas my opponent can target. But yea like 75% of the time I get caught on my d-line or on a db by accident and my coverage gets messed up haha. I always try to find something that has most of what assignments I want.

I get that! I kinda noticed a bit of a difference as long as you match tiers. gold with gold,etc. But yea I def agree like 98% of the online comp plays meta and I have to unfortunately have a sweat off. It’s lame lol like I just wanna chill out

Im a raider fan at heart so I miss being able to play man all game lol. Unfortunately one step ahead got super nerfed in Madden, super tough to invest in it in cut. Flat zone defense gives you a chance to hide lower rated players or at least that's how I've schemed it all year being no money spent

Moving on EA needs to address this ability or again, the game will continue to be takeoff simulation

its easy to defend fr, just have a ballhawk safety and corner. Also, adjust to play overtop and protect the sticks and you'll be fine fr

Na I totally understand how OP it is but I'm saying it's dependable it s not as glitch as sum think it is tbh I've locked up the plat calvin card b4 all u need do is run cover 4 n make sure ur safeties have gold ball hawk is the only way

Games are getting pretty stale boring and repetitive.

Literally like my thread said it’s turning into takeoff simulator where kids are every play both sides of the ball just bombing to a takeoff hoping to get lucky. Boring as fuck and is turning into the stretch simulation madden was turning into;

EA has a pattern/ habit of this throughout the years

best bet is play bend dont break cover 4 and make your opponent make a mistake or your d-line gets pressure sacks or pressure INTs…Garrett with platinum QJ have actually been one player who has been as good as advertise.

If you play regular zone coverage, you'll be fine 99.99% of the time.
