If I had to build a budget line up with less than 35k per card, this is what I'd do:

Obviously, this is built around a scheme I'd use, so you would adjust a few here and there, but for the value, I think these are the best cards in the game. Hard to beat some of these guys for 30k and under.

Engram RB from bama game changers, holy head first budget monster,
Gronk, Evan engram te's and if your patient Travis Hunter sotw can drop to 80 or less just keep refreshing.
