EA Sports are crooks. Currently filed with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, filed a formal complaint and they are blatantly lying in their response. Funny thing is, it's easy to prove they are lying.
This company is absolute garbage both in their ethics and also in their game development.
It's season 6 and they haven't even fixed the abilities tab in specialists for kickers / punters despite multiple posts telling them it's bugged since season 1 or 2.
Do NOT spend money with this company.
They've also locked people out and stolen coins from people when they stopped buying packs....it's unreal how greedy and ridiculous ea sports is.
Will be filing with the FTC as well. I would encourage everyone to do this esp with the BBB.
Got a notification that my account was banned from auction and all my coins were stolen.
I have never bought or sold coins and have never used bots or exploits.
I really stopped buying packs when I noticed that DDA was just making it pointless.
You'll find even now that brand new with plat abilities Megatron gets stuffed and clamped and locked up by 93ovr teams with Peterson a 95 cb. The game is honestly a joke and the idea it would get better just isn't happening.
They allow exploits and glitches to flourish which is why everyone runs virtually the same defense and offensive plays. They're way of adjusting game play is to make the ai so bad that running the ball you can smash into lineman not control speed well, dbs act like they are drunk. You might just get a random full speed turbo blast off the snap and not even get an opp to cut and smash right into lineman.
They changed the game play so now on pass plays like a te corner route that were always covered you have to back off coverage to get a pick now. Its just so low level and having sketch on the game who did prostitution for drugs is a horrible thing when this is a kids game. Might as well drop a Mia Khalifa and Lana Rhodes TE and WR card next drop. At least they would sell. Who wants to have a fake autistic gay prostitute drug addict that never played football??! Crazy.
EA is just garbage and I'm never spending another dollar on this company.
If they don't address the appeal appropriately I'm deleting this game and will never play another EA game unless this entire company has new employees.
