Is it still possible to get the CFP token or nah?

Bro I earned this along with that Michigan RB and I've had an open case about the token for literally two months, it keeps escalating, at this point I think it's at the space x station on Pluto and no resolve and that's chatting with ea two or three times a week at least 30 mins at a time
