Qualifiers all reset -- wtf?

Has this happened to anyone else? I spent hours finishing all the qualifiers, and never got any rewards, and now half of them entirely reset.

Yup, I had a few reset. I took people out of my lineup so I don’t finish anymore and have to start over.
