Probably. First year in more than 10 years I’ve played an EA football game and it turned out to be pretty fun. Being ranked in the top 10 on leaderboards helps too 😎
If your complaining about this game, maybe it's a skill issue. Axis football might be more your speed

cfb 26 will be way better and I'm not touching Madden again the run is terrible they try to make it way to realistic

Unfortunately anybody that knows about those leaderboards know they’re completely fucked up, and mostly reflect volume of playing over winning. Every year there’s several people in the top 1-50 that have more losses than wins, or even an absurd low number games played total.
Not much of a flex to be on the EA leaderboards tbh.

1) EA games don’t change much year to year. Ever since they were given exclusivity they have stopped worrying about improving the game, At least as a priority.
2) Because it was the big return for this franchise I told myself - Let loose & spend. Treat yourself this first year. Well I did & I wouldn’t have had anywhere close to the team I have had I went NMS like I usually do. Since I have a complete end game team, Why not just keep playing this one? Since we know the game will largely be the same, Why buy new?
3) If I got bored I would probably just start a franchise. Again, Nothing will be new so just stick with the current game.
Bottom line - EA no longer gets the benefit of doubt. And until PROVEN otherwise, They’re not getting anything from me.
i am, personally madden was such a bad game for a long time and ncaa was a nice refresh has it problems but miles ahead of madden and also it’s gonna take time for them to get back to the level they were at i love the game and am gonna continue to contribute

I do have a ton of games under my belt But I think it’s more that I can figure out the meta nerds schemes easily n rack up dubs at a fast pace because of it

I usually only play like every 3rd or 4th Football game (Madden now CFB) because Ultimate Team is a slog when you don't spend $$$ and because there's enough players that hang around for H2H.
The only way I'd end up with 26 is if it has demonstrable massive improvements to both gameplay and how UT is run by EA. Even then I'd be buying it half off or more when it drops to sale price.
If they apologize for how this year was run and agreed to be more transparent and communicate with the player base, I'd consider it.
But if they're just going to continue to be the great wizard OZ and expect us to ignore the man behind the curtain while screwing up every week... then No
