Title. Wondering what people are having the most success with out of any of the disruptor abilities, Grip Breaker, or Blow Up. Looking for something that will help my tackle in a three down linemen set.

I don’t use any abilities…I have found the 4-4 cover 2 inverted with the following setup shuts down all run plays….Pinch D-Line, Spread Linebackers then press all. This will shut down all standard runs.

inside disruptor triggers almost every time if you slant your line, only run it on your DT's unless you run 3 down
