I'd go Sanchez simply because of price and all gold abilities. Though I've heard Allar's release is pretty nasty, but unless you're sitting on millions of coins, I doubt his release is worth 250k more than Sanchez.

yeah this sanchez is crazy ive thrown like 250+ by halftime in every game since i got him
