Frat Champ Upgrade Token

I have been grinding through these stupid challenges and have gotten 3 tokens.  When I have added them to 3 Frat players.   NOTHING HAPPENS.  No attributes get boosted. WTF!!!

I think they unlock Ability slots.

Correct. They unlock two slots with two platinum abilities, so you can equip one or both abilities if you so choose. The tokens do nothing else, nor were they advertised to do anything else.

Once you apply them to a player can you refund it and apply the token to a different player?
